Terms of Service

Using Slowell

Slowell is made by Benjamin Balderas, an individual developer. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Use Slowell for its intended purpose: tracking your own media collection. Don't try to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt the app or the services it depends on, don't use it for anything unlawful, and don't try to impersonate anyone or bypass its security.

Your content

Anything you enter into Slowell — racks, albums, ratings, notes — is yours; we don't claim ownership of it, and it's not shared with other users. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings, no questions asked.

Warranty and liability

Slowell is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data — though account deletion and data storage are both built to be reliable. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above.
